Yes you could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many sellers.
The products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or Temporarily Not Available are not available for sale. You can add that product into Wishlist so that when that product will be available you will get notification.
The Siapa Choice means the products meet our extensive quality & packaging along with faster delivery.
No you can shop Siapa Choice badge at no extra charge.
Products sold by sellers are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap, we follow the standard packing procedure to provide best products to our customers.
It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So sometimes they choose to add delivery charge. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if u buy a certain amount of product.

DELIVERY

The delivery on very rare occasion is delayed. If it is delayed please check your email for updates, we will try to get your delivery as soon as possible.
An email will be sent to you when you successfully placed your order. We will also let you know as the seller ships your order along with the tracking no of your shipment.
Orders will be delivered within the dates you see on the product page of your location. Usually in we deliver in 3-5 days in Tier I & II cities and 5-7 days in Tier III and IV cities.
All orders are shipped by sellers through courier services who deliver the packages to your doorstep or the nearest pickup store.
Availability of ‘Cash on Delivery’ payment mode depends upon the courier services delivering to your location. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if this payment mode is available at your location.

c) Choose or add a delivery address. use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.

Sellers generally ship the items within the time. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery also depends upon product availability with seller your destination and location of seller.
Sellers usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order has not been shipped within this time please contact our customer support so that we can look into it.

Yes you can choose to pay for your order on Siapa with any Rupay, Visa, Mastercard or Maestro debit card.
Cash on Delivery depends upon factors like delivery pin code, type of product and courier services delivering at your location. Please enter your pin code to check availability of COD at your location.
You can get 3D secure password b y registering your Credit/Debit card on your bank website.

You can directly pay for your order at the pickup outlet for cash on Delivery orders.

CANCELLATION & REPLACEMENT

Siapa replacement depends on the products category and seller. Products are eligible for replacement if they are Damaged, Defective or of Different size and type only.
You can raise a return in few simple steps:
– Login to Siapa
– Go to my orders
– Select the item you want to return or exchange
– Fill the details
– Choose return reason
Once the return has been approved, the original delivered item will be picked up, make sure the item is in original packing, with label and not being used. Our delivery partner will check all the items and then accept the item. For exchange of products, you will get the delivery within the time frame according to your pin code.

Following conditions will be checked for the product
– Correct product (name/image/brand/serial number/article number/IMIE should match and price tag
should be undetached and clearly visible).
– Complete product (All in box accessories should be present).
– Unused Product (The product should be unused, unwashed, unsolled, without any stains and with non
tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals).
– Undamaged product (The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or
holes).
– Undamaged packaging (product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged).
The courier partner may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Following are the conditions where return is not accepted:
– When the replace period of seller is over.
– When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in same condition as you received it.
– When any consumable item has been used or installed.
– When anything is missing from the package (price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories).
– Some of the non-replaceable items as displayed on product.
– When items are tempered with or have missing serial numbers.

Return policy differs as per type of sellers and products, you can check on product page which items are eligible for return.

You can visit ‘My Orders’ to know the status of your replace. For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately. If the order has been shipped refund will be processed as soon as we receive the original items.

No, sellers will not be able to accept replacements after the time period mentioned in the seller’s replacement policy.
